Power User Training
Classes for Power Users offer intensive, hands-on training, so are generally limited to four students per instructor. In this class, students are introduced to basic concepts and software capability via overhead slides and lecture. Real examples using the software to be installed are presented and students work with exercises. A quiz at the end of each section helps to evaluate student progress and comprehension.

Focus User/Casual User Training
Classes for Focus and Casual Users concentrate on the specific functions these individuals perform and the associated reporting mechanisms. These users are not responsible for initializing the static data in the database or operating/modifying the import/export files. This type of training lends itself to web based classes.

Train-the-Trainer Training
Quantum recommends Train-The-Trainer training for many of our large customers. These classes provide detailed training for administrators and a group of users who then train the rest of the users. This allows for more flexibility in training globally and for future hires. Because of the intensive, hands-one nature of the classes, generally the class sizes are limited.

Quantum can bring either type of class to the customer’s location or the trainees can come to us.
