The EH&S Management Suite provides scheduling tools for creating and tracking time-based items such as work orders, standard operating procedures, inspections, and information requests. It allows tracking of bulk and container inventory along with the scheduling and tracking of material dispensing work orders.

Distribution Modeling
For many processes, materials are distributed to various media (sewer, air emissions, final product, etc.) at the chemical ingredient level, rather than at the product level. This feature allows tracking at the chemical or product level, or both. Users can identify any piece of equipment, group of equipment, process area, etc., and define distribution rules for products and their separate constituents as they pass through the defined area or proces. With this "black box" modeling, once rules have been defined, simulations of material usage and distribution may be generated to confirm the applicability of the distribution model prior to committing the transaction records for compliance.

Environmental Excursions Reporting
This feature allows users to identify and track incidents and their associated spills and spill responses; flag CERCLA or SARA reportable spills; and track calls made to regulatory agencies. FacTS™ automatically determines whether the incident is reportable and advises users of contact actions.

Incident Reporting
This feature allows users to identify and track incidents and their associated spills and responses; flag reportable spills; and track calls made to regulatory agencies. FacTS™ automatically determines whether the incident is reportable and advises users of contact actions. In FacTS™, an Incident is an event out of the ordinary. This can be as serious as a major accident or leakage. However, an Incident may also be recorded for an inspection, an opacity monitor mal-activity, or a "near-miss."  For the purposes of trend analysis, it can be almost as important to log near misses as the more serious types of occurrences.

Information Request Tracking
This feature allows users to record and document requests for information from any source including agencies, customers, citizens, and other private or public groups. Users can record follow-up activities, including the type of information provided and whether any complaints, fines, or violations of contract terms were discussed.

For more information, view the PDF datasheet (PDF, 153 KB).

Inspection Tracking
This feature allows users to build, record, and document on-site inspections of equipment and locations. Users can define inspection parameters, build the survey forms, and track and store inspection records and findings.

List Of Lists
This function provides the ability to create and maintain an unlimited number of Federal, State, local, internal and custom regulatory lists from any source. It associates data (including issuing agency, regulated substance, and reportable quantity) to each list. A number of Federal Environmental Lists are provided standard with this feature. Once a list is created, a variety of reports are included that can be run against the lists.

Material Dispensing
This feature allows users to schedule material orders for a given dispensing location, and record dispensing transactions by material and container. Users can generate the issued container labels and track returned and wasted material.

Material Tracking
This feature tracks the movement of materials within and between facilities at bulk, container, and ingredient levels. Also it tracks the receipt, on-site use, storage, and movement of any container or product. Used in conjuntion with EHS Reporting Suite's Waste Tracking/Management features, it provides comphrehensive cradle-to-grave monitoring capabilities.

Project Tracking
This integrated feature allows users to identify and track different internal and external programs and goals, such as Global Reporting Initiative and Carbon Disclosure Project. Calculations by other FacTS features, such as Emissions and Effluent Management, are used to generate and monitor progress on goals.

For more information, view the PDF datasheet (PDF, 168 KB).

Standard Operating Procedures
This feature allows the user to track and manage tasks or projects, and define the procedures that must be followed to safely complete them. Users can enter and maintain all information relating to standard operating procedures; schedule, assign, and monitor tasks.

For more information, view the PDF datasheet (PDF, 167 KB).

Training Tracking
This feature allows users to access and edit the data needed to demonstrate that employees have received necessary training based on job classification, department, equipment, and product. Users can establish and maintain courses, instructor qualification records, student achievement records, class rosters, and attendance records.

For more information, view the PDF datasheet (PDF, 369KB).

Utility Management
This feature allows users to identify and track different utility systems, quantities, and cost. This information is useful in calculating air emissions and water effluents, and tracking business and sustainability program goals.

For more information, view the PDF datasheet (PDF, 336 KB).

Work Order
Work Order allows the user to define an unlimited number of categories of services; such as material, labor, analytical, transportation, or policy and procedures; types of service offered or required under each category; the units of measure for the types of services; and cost of the services. Once the categories are defined, Work Order allows users to create and track work orders.
